Buying Back a Home in the Countryside
About My Project
A Call for Solidarity Against Injustice
“What happened to me could happen to anyone.”
My name is Tago Pascal — a father, an entrepreneur, and a committed citizen. Today, I am reaching out because I am on the verge of losing my home. Not because I failed to honor my commitments, but because a chain of errors, institutional negligence, and judicial injustice has turned my life into an administrative nightmare.
A Home Sold for a Ridiculous Price
The house I built through years of hard work was auctioned off for a mere €256,000 — far below its real value of €650,000.
Yet I had already repaid nearly €250,000 on my original debt of €208,000.
And still:
-
The buyer acquired the property for less than the price of the land itself.
-
I now face eviction.
-
The creditor will pocket over €120,000 more thanks to a judicial decision.
In total, more than €350,000 will go to the creditor — even though the original debt was far less. A system meant to protect ends up destroying.
The Banque de France: A Plan Never Monitored
I was not hiding. I was not insolvent. I was following a restructuring plan approved by the Banque de France and accepted by the creditor.
This plan required:
But none of this happened. No reminders. No corrections. No intervention.
The lack of oversight led directly to foreclosure — a catastrophe that proper monitoring could have prevented.
Now I find myself in an absurd situation: I have paid far more than the initial debt, I am respecting a moratorium still in force, and yet I am treated as if I were a defaulter.
⚖️ Justice at Two Speeds
In court, I felt — as too many citizens do — that impartiality was missing. Key facts were dismissed, minimized, or ignored, as if the outcome had been decided in advance.
Meanwhile:
-
The creditor takes everything.
-
The buyer becomes owner at an indecent price.
-
And I am left without a roof, without support, without fairness.
To National and International Media
This case must be known.
I call upon: Mediapart, Le Monde, Le Figaro, Le Point, France 2, France 3, TV5 Monde, Euronews, RTBF, BBC Africa, DW, RFI, France 24.
My story is not just personal. It exposes the flaws of a system, the dangers of failed banking oversight, and the urgent need for reforms to protect honest citizens in debt. I am ready to testify publicly, with documents in hand.
Help Me Turn Injustice Into Renewal
Share. Spread the word. Talk about it. And if you can, contribute to the solidarity fund. Every gesture, every share, every word matters.
Thank you for your support. Thank you for your humanity. Help me write the next chapter — a story of resilience, justice, and rebuilding.
How the Funding Will Be Used
Your donations will help me:
-
Buy back a home at auction on December 8 (deposit €6,000, purchase €90,000)
-
Acquire a small house or farm near Angers — over 300 km away, to leave behind the hardships of Parisian life
-
Restart my professional activities (moving costs €5,000)
-
Renovate and secure a dignified home (repairs €5,000)
❤️ Why You?
Because you know my journey. Because you know my honesty. Because you know I have always honored my commitments. Because you have witnessed this long battle where I was left alone against a heavy, slow, unbalanced system.
Your support — even the smallest — can change the story. It can prevent yet another injustice. It can allow a family to live with dignity. It can help a man rebuild what institutions destroyed.
I Am Not Asking for Charity — I Am Asking for Justice
To keep fighting, to restart my life, to rebuild, I need you.
Together, we can transform this injustice into a new beginning.
